Terms of Use

These terms cover the LuckySap iPhone app, the LuckySap Premium subscription, and getluckysap.com, all provided by Stuck at Home LLC("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard License Agreement; if the two conflict about the app, Apple's agreement wins.

Using LuckySap

You can use the app and website for your own sugaring, whether that's a few backyard buckets or a commercial sugarbush. Please don't misuse them — for example by interfering with how they run or trying to get Premium features without a subscription.

LuckySap Premium

  • Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID.
  • The price and length are shown before you buy. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • If a free trial is offered and you're eligible for it, you won't be charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you won't be charged.
  • Manage or cancel any time in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Forecasts, calculators, and guidance

Sap-flow outlooks, yield and syrup estimates, finishing temperatures, tapping dates, and selling-rule summaries are educational estimates. Weather forecasts can be wrong, trees and sap vary, and laws change. Use your own judgment, measure your syrup's density before bottling, follow food-safety practices, and check requirements with your state or provincial agency before you sell. Nothing on the site or in the app is legal advice.

Your content

The records and photos you add in the app belong to you. They're stored on your device and in your iCloud account — see our Privacy Policy. Keep your own backups of anything you can't afford to lose.

Ownership

The app, the website, and their design, text, and code belong to Stuck at Home LLC. Tree photos on this site are used under the free licenses credited on each page, and forecast data comes from the US National Weather Service and Environment and Climate Change Canada.

No warranty

LuckySap and getluckysap.com are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise they'll be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stuck at Home LLCisn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost syrup, sap, profits, or data — arising from your use of the app or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for LuckySap Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date; continuing to use LuckySap means you accept the update.
