Delete your LuckySap data
LuckySap: Maple Syrup Tracker · by Stuck at Home LLC
LuckySap doesn't have accounts, so almost everything is on your phone and in your control. Here's how to remove each piece. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
1. Your sugaring records (on your phone)
Sap collections, boil sessions, costs, notes, photos, and settings are stored on your device.
- Delete single entries in the app: in Stats, open your collections or boil sessions and swipe an entry to the left.
- Delete everything: uninstall LuckySap. That removes all of its data from the phone right away.
- Backup files you saved yourself (
.luckysapbackupor CSV) stay wherever you put them; delete them there.
2. Phone backups (your Google or Apple account)
- Android: LuckySap's records and settings are part of Android's automatic backup. Remove them in Google Drive → Backups, or turn off backup in Android Settings.
- iPhone: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → LuckySap → Delete Data.
3. What our service providers hold, and how to have it deleted
- Subscription status (RevenueCat): a random app user ID, your purchase and subscription status, and basic device and app details. Ask us and we'll delete this record. Google Play and the App Store keep their own purchase history for your account; manage that with Google or Apple.
- Usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): events such as "collection logged" tied to a random app-instance ID, never to your name or email. Uninstalling the app resets that ID. The events are deleted automatically when our Google Analytics retention period ends, and we'll delete them sooner if you ask.
To request deletion, email contact@stuckathomellc.comwith the subject "Delete my LuckySap data". If you subscribed, include your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) or your App Store order ID so we can find the record. We'll confirm within 30 days. We don't keep a copy of anything we delete, except an email thread you start with us, which we keep for support records unless you ask us to delete it too.
